Complete Customization

You will personally meet with your dj several times before the big day, to go over all of the details. You and your DJ will get to know each other and we will be able to get a feel for what kind of event you are looking for. All of your preferences will be discussed in great detail so, you will not have to worry about anything being left out. During the meetings we will discuss your preferences for types of music, how and when you would like your party announced, and the songs you would like for specific dances. We are willing to work with you to make your wedding customized to your specific interests and tastes. We also work hard to stay in communication with the banquet facility and photographers in order to make smooth transitions throughout the event.

Song Selection

Volume Entertainment has been doing weddings for many years, and as a result we have a very vast collection of music. We are willing to get anything you may desire if we don’t already have it. We also have the capability to obtain music while on the job so, if there is a song one of the guests would like, and we don’t have it we will do our best to get it.

Organization

It is important for us to know what to expect ahead of the time so that we can be as prepared as possible for your day. The meetings will help us to sort out all of the details and work out any kinks beforehand. This will leave you feeling confident and alleviate the stress of having to make last minute decisions.

Packages

Our wedding package include 5 hours of playtime, online planning tools, wireless microphones, and professional sound system.

$750 / Gold Wedding Reception Package
Designed to deliver an affordable yet powerful audio sound. This sound system produces extremely rich sound coupled with both high vocal clarity and coverage. This package is recommended for small to mid-sized venues with up to 250 guests in attendance.
$950 / Platinum Wedding Reception Package
Designed to offer increased sound coverage for large venues by strategically placing a second set of 15” main speakers midway through the room. This package is recommended for large venues with upwards of 250 guests in attendance.
$250 / Wedding Ceremony Package
The Wedding Ceremony Package is available for clients who will be having their wedding ceremony outdoors or at the same location as their reception. This package includes two crystal clear speakers, a wireless lapel microphone, and a handheld wireless microphone. Additionally, we also have the ability to play music for the processional, recessional, etc and/or plug amplify live instrumentalists through our sound system.

Lighting

Lighting packages vary so we perform a on site survey to come up with the best package for your wedding.

Dance Floor Lighting
This is when we project colored light on to the dance floor so your guests are not dancing in a dark room. This could also be lighting for band/DJ. Most of the time the lighting is mounted on a stand to the left and right of the band/DJ and elevated about 8-12 feet in the air. Different patterns can be projected on the floor to add depth and design.

Monogram Projection
A light will project you monogram (initials) on to the dance floor and/or wall. You may commonly see this called a "gobo". You supply us with the monogram (or we can create one for you), we get it cut and place the monogram in the fixture. The fixture will then be elevated over the band/DJ. The monogram is projected on the floor/wall for the entire event.

Pin Spotting
Each one of your centerpieces would be illuminated using a light fixture on pipe and base about 20-40 feet away, elevated 10-15 feet in the air. Each pipe would be draped in white. Single pin spotting is when there is one light for each centerpiece, allowing only one side to be illuminated. Double pin spotting allows for both sides of centerpiece to be illuminated.

Wall Washing/Up Lighting
Fixtures are placed at the bottom of the walls so the light can be projected up the entire wall. Depending on the package, the fixtures can be 5 feet apart up to 15 feet apart.The closer they are, the more fullness in color you get.
